chief Phoung Malay in response to Bov Srey Sras who sues the police for her
miscarriage after being kicked in the stomach at a public protest.
Phoung Malay’s
superiors must be so much delighted with this skilful handling of the police
public relations that they now make him a spokesman for the municipal police in
addition to his task.
One can only
wonder what else can be done to get promotions in the land of Wonder.
